Create a profile for the game by selecting 'Add new profile', and finding the game in 'ProgramFilesx86/Steam/SteamApps/Common/FINAL FANTASY TYPE-0/WIN/fftype0hd' (The graphics card options are for AMD Cards but the Direct3D Tweaks section work for Nvidia too.)

These are the things that I have install for my PC, that may fix somethings for you. The Only thing I didn't have in this was Divx, Realtek, and VLC.
